Ryan Jankowski has joined the firm as Director of Business Development, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in developing relationships and sourcing opportunities in middle market private equity. Additionally, Michael Marsh has been promoted to Principal, recognizing his exceptional contributions and dedication to the firm’s success.
With over six years of experience in a similar role for other middle market private equity firms, most recently with Princeton Equity Group, Ryan joins Sky Island with a proven track record of driving business development initiatives and fostering relationships that yield long-term value. In his new role, Ryan will lead the firm’s efforts in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and driving growth across the portfolio.
