Carson Pate

BIOGRAPHY

Carson is an Associate at Sky Island Capital. He is responsible for all aspects of deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution, as well as portfolio company management.

Prior to joining Sky Island, Carson was a Senior Analyst at AccentCare. While at AccentCare, he completed multiple transactions, including add-on acquisitions and joint ventures.

Before joining AccentCare, Carson was an Analyst in the M&A advisory investment banking group at Deloitte, where he advised middle market companies across the Technology, Media, Telecommunications, and Consumer Products sectors.

EDUCATION

Carson graduated magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University with a BA in Economics. He also received a Master’s in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

PERSONAL

Carson was born and raised in Dallas and enjoys rooting for Dallas sports teams, watching movies, and playing basketball, golf, and trivia.
