Dallas, Texas – June 8, 2026 – Sky Island Capital (“Sky Island”), a Dallas-based lower middle market private equity firm, is pleased to announce that it has made an investment in Bulk Conveyors, Inc. (“Bulk Conveyors,” “BCI,” or the “Company”) alongside the Company’s owners. Founded in 2014 and headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, Bulk Conveyors is a leading manufacturer of bulk material handling equipment, including chain conveyors, enclosed belt conveyors, bucket elevators, and aftermarket spare parts. The Company serves a diverse base of customers across oilseed processing, grain handling, ethanol, food and ingredients, and other industrial end markets. The Company will continue to operate under its existing leadership team and brand from its Wichita, Kansas headquarters, serving its customers and suppliers with the same dedicated team they work with today. The partnership provides additional resources to invest in the team and expand capacity, helping BCI keep pace with growing customer demand while continuing to improve responsiveness, lead times, and the support its customers rely on.

BCI has built a strong reputation for designing and manufacturing highly customized, durable equipment used in demanding bulk material handling applications. In addition to new equipment, BCI supports its customers through a growing aftermarket spare parts offering, serving both BCI equipment and a broad installed base of competitors’ equipment.
As a reflection of BCI’s ongoing commitment to serving its customers and investing in the business, the Company recently expanded its footprint through a new state-of-the-art facility that added corporate office space, manufacturing capacity, and a dedicated training floor. Today, BCI operations span over 200,000 sq. ft., positioning the Company to support continued growth and deliver for customers across its end markets.
