Dallas, Texas – February 3, 2026 – Sky Island Capital (“Sky Island”), a Dallas-based lower middle market private equity firm, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Valley Forge Flag Company (“Valley Forge”), has purchased substantially all the assets of the US Flag Division of Olympus Group (“Olympus” or “the Company”). The US Flag Division of Olympus is a historic U.S. manufacturer and wholesaler that has served retail partners for over 125 years, offering 100% made in America flags through flexible merchandising solutions. Olympus Group’s core custom print and mascot divisions were not included as part of the transaction and will continue to be operated by Olympus moving forward.

The acquisition strengthens Valley Forge’s strategic partnerships and enables a more streamlined, vertically aligned supply chain from manufacturer to retailer. The US Flag Division of Olympus is Valley Forge’s third add-on acquisition.
