Dallas, Texas – January 12, 2026 – Sky Island Capital (“Sky Island”), a Dallas-based lower middle market private equity firm, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, Polished Metals Limited (“Polished Metals”), has acquired the assets of Dynasty Metals Inc. (“Dynasty Metals” or “the Company”). Founded in 1984 and based in New Jersey, Dynasty Metals is a metal polisher serving architectural, pharmaceutical, transportation, and other industrial end markets. Dynasty Metals offers a broad range of custom surfaces and profiles.

This acquisition will meaningfully expand Polished Metals’ polishing capacity and further strengthen its ability to serve customers with high-quality polished metal solutions. Dynasty Metals is Polished Metals’ third add-on acquisition.
